Our conveyancer recommended Coastal Building Inspections. We had 5 star experience. Easy communication through calls / emails, inspection booked for the next day an report was provided on the day of the inspection. The report was easy to understood with detailed pictures that helped us to make a decision if to continue with the contract. I would recommend.

Fantastic customer service - As someone who just bought their first house and has no idea about building things I found the whole process with Daniel's to be gold standard. I called to asked and if he can explained more about the inspection that he did and he did explained it well and he make sure we understood what was in the report. Daniel has been incredibly helpful with advice on how to rectify some of the issues he found, and what we need to do to make sure our new home is safe and secure.Daniel didn't have to go the extra mile after the job was done, but he continues to be a great help to us, is friendly, and always happy to give advice.

Daniel performed a pest and building inspection on a property we are purchasing. It was a pleasure dealing with Daniel and Alysha. They were very friendly and responded quickly.
