I received excellent service from the team of Coastal Building Inspections. My appointment date was confirmed and Daniel arrived promptly to conduct the inspection of the property. The report was received the next day and was both thorough and professional with all areas of the house inspected, including the roof, roof space, as well as any potential pest problems. A number of defects were detailed in the report which I was able to take up with the builder straight away and have resolved. Despite the company's positive reviews, our experience was unsatisfactory. Some months after a purchase based on their report, which failed to identify a significant defect, we discovered a major and old issue. We contacted them to seek an amicable resolution. While we understand the need for time to formulate a response, we have yet to receive even a courtesy call.

Would highly recommend Coastal Building Inspections. We received the report less than 24hrs after the inspection was completed, and the report was very detailed. Daniel did our building report, it was easy to understand with plenty of photos to show us every aspect of the report and we where under pressure with only a few days left to have this done as we purchased over Christmas when everything was closed for most of our cooling off period and Daniel alleviated that pressure by getting in and doing the inspection and getting the report back to us in 1 day, so thankyou very much Daniel for your very professional and quick response to our need's, we highly recommend his service.
