The guys at Coastal Building Inspections are brilliant. We had a short amount of time to get an inspection done on a potential strata managed property and Elke was able to give us a quote and book in with such ease and professionalism. I felt like we were in great hands with Elke and nothing was too difficult. She explained the whole process and confirmed things along the way for me. Vincent undertook the inspection and rang me straight after to discuss (prior to sending through formal, detailed report later that afternoon). Vincent was friendly and professional and I felt confident knowing that he had gone through the property with a fine toothcomb.All in all, I will use Coastal Building Inspections again and will 100% refer them to everyone I know. Brilliant local family business.
