The person that did the inspection was Vincent Proust. The report was very well done in detail, with pictures and divided in sections. That made it easier for me to understand.
After receiving the report, I needed guidance on what was urgent to be done and to understand what actually was wrong. Vincent took a long time to explain to me in easy terms so I could decide if something needed to be repaired, changed or if it was not urgent.
Vincent was very respectful and I really liked how professional he was during the whole process and, of course, the additional time that he took to go through the report and answer all my questions.
I highly recommend his services based on professionalism, honesty, quick delivery, and a great service.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the pest inspection service we received before purchasing our home. We specifically relied on their professional report to ensure there were no major issues—especially termites. Not only did they fail to identify any termite activity, but they also gave us complete peace of mind that the property was in good condition.
Fast forward just 3 months after moving in, we’ve now discovered clear and active termite damage inside the house. This is not something that develops overnight—it’s obvious the issue was already there and should have been detected during the inspection.
Because of their negligence, we are now facing significant repair costs, stress, and safety concerns. This is completely unacceptable for a paid professional service that we trusted during such an important decision.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of thoroughness and accountability has put us in a very difficult situation.

For clarity for future readers, the inspection was carried out approximately 5 months prior to the termite activity being reported.
During the inspection, termite workings and damage were identified to the fence attached to the dwelling, and the property was noted as being at high risk for termite activity.
Recommendations were made at that time for termite treatment and ongoing management measures, which were highly recommended but unfortunately were not carried out. The costs now being referred to largely relate to the termite management measures originally recommended in our report. It is also important to note this period included the recent summer months, where termite activity is typically far more active due to humid conditions.
After becoming aware of your concerns, we attended the property again to review the affected area. Based on our observations and the further invasive inspection carried out, the termite activity appeared localised to a specific section, suggesting the activity had most likely occurred after the original inspection was completed.
We genuinely sympathise with the situation and wish you all the best moving forward.
